At BMF (Bhabani Pradhan), we value your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
No refund will be given once the order has been shipped, except in case of damage or defect.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
